Im sorry I didn't see this till just now. What exactly do the drivers say on them. I think they are going to run one cob each based on memory. If you want to buy a new driver I would just put the light back together and build from scratch. The beauty of the conversions is the cost. drivers, heatsink and cobs. If your buying 2 of 3 new its not really worth it.

This light is screaming for 4 cobs in it!!

O no worries big I know your a busy man, the only reason I mentioned buying a new driver was because the top panel went out... Can't quite remember what the drivers say I will take pics of them when I get back home within the hour
