New Grower Aty's first grow, Auto White Widow in DWC with a Mars11 1200

I know some of the Dutch Passion ones can be done in 70 days / 10 weeks from seed sprouted to harvest. But that depends on the environment a bit too. Light everything dialed in and strong lights etc, but anything that's not 100% and it could takes days or even a week or two longer.

Your plant looks (pardon my language but I'm Irish) fucking amazing! Honestly I'm well well impressed lad.

How long do Vision say the plant should take from seed to harvest? email them if you don't know.

Ello Happy, They say this from where I purchased them.

White Widow Auto is every bit as good as the original bad-ass strain, but much easier & incredibly faster. No complicated lighting changes are needed with White Widow Auto & she finishes in just 56 days from seed with 18% THC ratings. What could possibly be better than that?

Yet I now know thats not the case so I could well be in trouble, however I wont concern myself with that for another 20 days then they would of been from sprouting 62 days. I gave myself breathing space before I knew different, yet now im waiting for inspiration and luck, Im sure I will have some bright idea the closer it gets.

56 days from seed sounds a little bit... optimistic, or amazing. The cynic in me thinks "optimistic"

I reckon 70 days from seed is fairly fast and that's with ideal conditions.

Anyways like you said I'm sure you'll have a genius idea to save the day if things go all pete tong, sure how could you not, with plants as amazing looking as that.

Well Ive been having PH issues all week, findingit difficult to keeping it in check PH goes up from 5.8 to 6.9 in 24 hours EC stays stable at 1.4 though. Any thoughts AFN?
In the meantime some more pics for you guys have a look over.

You're looking right on track, and not just for a first grow!

If you want a 56-day plant then Afghan Kush Ryder is the girl. Done plenty of them in 56 days under CFL and a couple under LED (not massive power either, 250W CFL (190 watt real draw) and 120W (real draw) LED).

A lot of the AWW grows i've seen, regardless of the seller, start off short and bushy then shoot up. You have lots of bud sites so all good, and a shorter plant (if it stays that way) gets better light penetration and puts more energy into buds, not long stems.

The only concern here is, as you say, your high pH fluctuation in a short time without the EC going down, this wil muck up her nutrient uptake as you want around 5.7 for Phosphorous and Potassium uptake.

I got myself a single-part ionic nute that is pH-stable, ridiculously stable, maybe get something similar for next grow to avoid issues :

Get yourself some silicon, too, it has a great effect and also makes it easier to bend the plants if you're into your LST.

What is your water source like? (Can you use filtered water?)

What nutrients are you using?

Do you have some sort of medium in that bucket that's raising the pH, like clay pebbles? (but pretty sure it's DWC from memory, sorry long day and I'm too tired to scan the whole thread.)

But that's my thoughts anyway...

Probably source water or nutrients ain't so good for DWC.

What is your water source like? (Can you use filtered water?)

I noticed today my base water has changed balance for some reason ph up by 1.5 and EC down. So ive recalibrated and decided to try filtered water next time.

Nervous ans exciting times for me as it gets closer I want to see the buds grow.

Hey Steely, I checked out that link and will start thinking about all the stuff i've missed getting this time round. The Silicone is a must as rooms tight, will try some training next time round.
