However, I am not sure where you got your information about BFX.
Do you know what BFX is? I do, by the way.
What is in it that you think stresses the plant?
The manu recommends week 1-6 of flower.
I haven't had any problems with that, nor have I ever heard of anyone that has a bad experience with it.

I don't know if its true or not but I heard it was basically aspirin. also 2 places I heard it stress into producing more trichs. advanced nutes website. and also TANG uses it only in final weeks. at least he used too! so don't jump down my ass my friend.

I am not trying to jump down your ass.
I asked for clarification to a statement you presented as a fact that I knew to be in error, but was willing to discuss.
But I have to correct erroneous information on this thread, otherwise it serves no benefit to the reader.
There is no aspirin in bfx. It is a mag supplement and AN website and packaging recommends it use wk 1-6 of flower.
TaNg and I have completely differing grow styles, mediums, lights, etc. I don't have any issues with him or his use of nutrients.
I have had success using the products I am using the way I am using them and am documenting that.
I am always glad to learn something new, but if you are trying to correct someone, please know what you are talking about.

This is his thread his style it's what he dose it works for him...So if you come along saying you think it's wrong other people that might want to try his method might not be sure now that you threw in your opinion..you stated your point now leave it at that, sitting in here having a pissing match is jusrt gonna get you a 48 hour ban for rule #7

and tang grows in plagron a soiless mix, Grey Bear is in DWC. even tho plagron is treated like hydro it's still different so you can't use the same program in DWC, similar not the same. so to faded drop the argument if you don't like what he's doing don't read his thread.

wow shes a beaute! just my opinion but I personaly would hold off on the bud factor x till your buds get fatter. you see, it stresses the plant into producing more trichs. so I wouldn't wanna do anything to stress right now. she prime weight packin time brotha.. just my 2 cents..peace

Substance and style are very different things
taNg and I use similar products, but not everything. he uses some products that I do not use and vs.

When you understand what combination of nutrients you are feeding your plants and when, it makes discussions more productive and you do not have that level of understanding yet if you believe bfx to be aspirin or contains amounts of acetylsalicylic acid that would stress the plant.

Growth is good and problem free so far.


Feed is
CalMag+ @ 3ml per 4L A must have as I grow under LEDs
Hygrozyme @ 2.5 ml per liter (Hygrozyme is my enzyme product of choice) If you don't use a chiller, you should use a quality enzyme product. Pricey, but the good ones will save your ass when you didn't even know it was in a sling.
These are added first

Then add
AN ph perfect Connoisseur to bring ec to roughly 2.2
Then Add Supplements Rhino, Bud Candy, Bud Factor X, & Bud Ignitor
EC will run up and down a bit, between 2.4 - 2.7 , If there are no problems I just keep an eye on it to make sure it settles down.

Light-270w LED GB Prototype (I am very excited about this light) No "magic" or anything too mysterious just a combination of available lighting tech being used in a novel way.
Additional 4 bulb 2' HOT5 GB Prototype (xto remote ballast running 24" "new coating" t5 bulbs") this is currently in standard 4bulb t5 housing, assuming the hardware works as expected, this will be changed significantly.

I run my lights 24/0
Ambient temps run around 79-86
rez temps 59-72, this girl raises her own temp, seriously she keeps her rez about 1.5 degrees warmer than the others, regardless of which probe is measuring it.

Like everyone about this time of year, I am dealing with heat!
