finally got my own room yay.......
Hey guys my first Lil auto grow, very exited for the little babies!!
Started them off as beans in a DVD case soaked kitchen towel doubled over I messed around with their positioning alternating different sides and then wrapped it in T-shirt to keep them dark and toasty put it on top of the boiler nice warm spot. Thanks @mephisto your grow guide and tips were super and worked very well!!!!
Started with five @DutchPassionTony Brooklyn Sunrise. Put three in first all popped, One of my babies popped well before the others, (I laid her with the bean seam actually on the towel seemed to work quicker than the others I suppose water could get in quicker) so as you'll see she's a tiny bit ahead of the others Upload pics soon. I also did a Mephisto hubbabubbasmellscope and it came through not a problem.
Did the other two Brooklyn Sunrise a day later and one out of the pair came through so not bad. and two Mystery beans meaning I don't know where they come from or what they are they come through I have named these the fraggles. Lost a fraggle not long after reaching the surface I believe water too close to its little head too early fried it to a crisp.
So I'm left with 4 Brooklyn Sunrise, 1 Hubbabubbasmellascope and 1 Fraggle.
Popped them in soil after popping about 2cm deep and started diary time from when they hit the surface.
They have only had clean bottled water and I intend to keep them on it for first two weeks. I've kept them in their one and only pots to save transplanting them at all and put an organic compost pearlite mix on the bottom half and a top soil pearlite mix on the top half. theory being as they get old enough to root to the bottom to get that more nutrient rich soil.
