Best 5x5 Light(S) Setup?

Looking for opinions on what would be your ultimate light setup for a 5x5. There seem to be very few one light options, but looking at a Photontek 1000W Pro or two Mars SP3000. The Mars wont cover the whole tent, but that would leave a little space to maneuver. Price not an issue within reason...

FC-8000 is made for a 5x5' tent. But I think @Marshydro can give you much better advice on this subject

My ultimate for a 5x5 would be at least 4 QB lights that would allow adjustment to different heights for different plants.

I started out with two SP3000 in my 5X5 and they did fine. They were not "full coverage" with gaps on the sides, but I kept my 5 gallon pots relatively centered and had two harvests from them. First harvest, heat was a major issue. I had both SP3000 as they came with the ballast mounted on top and I was fighting to keep the temps under 80 the whole time. Plants grew large, but buds were airy. Second harvest, Temps were much lower and plants were much smaller, but buds were dense and quite good.

I got a Mars FC-E8000 on the Black Friday deal and paid less for it than I did for the two SP3000s. It is rocking my 5X5 now. Light output is amazing. I moved the ballast outside the tent to keep the heat down and now this winter, I am fighting to keep the heat up in my tent. The fixture itself is quite large and lowered down to 24" or so now in Veg gives me very little room to scrunch under the light. I have not moved the light up any yet, but did lower it down from 36" and it was quite a PITA to lean over and adjust the rope ratchets.

I think the size and form factor will be quite similar for any of the larger 6 and 8 bar lights, so having to maneuver around underneath will be a challenge regardless of which light you decide on. I would investigate which lights offer multiple diode and "colors" that you can turn on or off depending on growth stage. Cooler whites (5000ish K) have much more blue lights which will promote shorter stockier plants, Warm White (3000ish K) offer more Red and are better during flowering, OSRAM Far Reds (660nm) are good for flowering and promote cell division. Check out the Medic Grow line of lights, they are quite affordable for the features you get and some offer adjustable spectrums.

Ended up pulling the trigger on a Photontek 1000W CO2. Not running CO2, but like to oversize things as to not have to run at 100%. Makes things run a hair more efficiently and should increase longevity. Also, I already had a Photontek light controller...Not a perpetual grower either, so not a lot of need for multiple lights

It was between the Mars 8000 and the Photon. The Coco for Canna guy did a 5x5 light video last month and it was between those two as the highest rated. The Photontek was rated the highest as far as quality with the Mars edging the Photon out overall with price point. Price wasn't really an issue and a neighbor, which I give a lot of smoke to, threw in a couple of bucks as well. With the light controller, I can dial it in to whatever I need at whatever height pretty much. Still had to remove two of the bars to "tame" it down! It's drawing a little over 600W for a DLI of 50 at 20/4. Can get the watts even lower by moving the light lower.

Love being able to move around in the tent and plenty of room for the humidifier, tower fan etc...

If you want to go budget and spend less than $450, you could go with 4 separate 150 watt lights. I run 4 150 watt Maxisuns in my 5x5 and average about 3 pounds. Only paid $345 for them. You can also adjust their height individually if your canopy is a little uneven.
