Hey, im new here and as a grower and want to find a good strain to grow here in northern sweden.
Have been checking up on skunk mass among others and wundered if anyone could give me some advice about it.
As its illegal here this ofcourse all theoretical questions..... cough cough.
Anyway, if it was legal, what strain would you suggest me to grow?
As i have a paincondition i would like it to have high cbn.
Thankful for any answers and advice.

You should try some of the finnish strains. The Ovela Ratsastaja Auto from SovietFinland comes to mind.

Interesting subject for sure, G !
Do you know when the night time temps get yo around 10 degrees? Do you get any night times in the summer ?!! I think you should find out your growing window 1st then decide if its long enough for photoperiods, if not do some autos.
Love the idea of an auto project with 24h natural light! If you do decide to do something similar please share

I sure will share all my experience here.
Think we get a few hours nighttime in late august.
But i'd guess we have 24h light from may/june til halfway through aug.
Skunk mass is an auto, thats y i chosed it.
Plus it's a classic that i've heard of for a long time. ;)

Btw, where can i get those finnsh strains?
Sounds very interesting.

i saw you have found the right place Guiness..

Ha ha, aye. Have lowryder #2 and diesel ryder on the way. Both breed at Lat. 66 N.
And i'm gonna order some ovela rastastaya autos from SovietFinland.
This is gonna be an awesome summer. ;)

Good! It might shave off some years of disappointment.. Good luck with your summer grow!

I've done several different autos at approximately your latitude; LR2, Mossys Jem, Mi5, and some of dutch passion's autos to name a few. They all produced buds although the yield could really vary depending on if its a good or bad summer. Last year was for example terrible, best outdoor yield per plant around 3-5 grams whilst during a good summer you could get as much as 50 grams per plant if you pre-veg properly indoors and chose a good spot. If you grow a photo period strain you'll only end up with a bunch of leaves with perhaps some pre-flowers on them. By the time the nights are long enough up here its already too cold for Ms. Jane.

In my opinion you should try some of dutch passion's outdoor autos such as Automazar (did that one last year and it could've produced loads of buds if it wasn't because of the rain that made them mold away instead), or some of the newer ones. The DP team have really put in some hard work to come up with some serious auto strains, they've earned my respect for sure! You should know that many other seed companies are just copy cating other peoples work. Otherwise Stich's strains are also very nice, mi5 is a safe card to play for instance. The LR2 and dieselryder are better for indoor growing at our latitude but they will produce buds even outdoors of course.
