Lighting Black Diamond Perfect Sun series leds

Hey there afn members! I'm a noob looking for advice on led grow lights. I've been researching growing auto's using leds for the past two years and I'm getting close to making my decision on my first closet grow. I plan on growing in either a 2x2x6 or 3x3x6 tent. My wife and I have been looking into the kind k3 450w, but I've recently come across the black diamond perfect sun series and wondering if any here has grown with these leds and can give any feedback on them? I'm thinking about the 500 or dwarf star. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hey @Deweygthumb !! A guy here @autobeast uses a perfect sun 'goliath' and it performs really well thinking about possibly getting one myself.. but I really don't want to spend that much if I don't have to, but quality over quantity can sometime be the route to go .. good luck !

I am getting COB and have the GOLIATH already I am hoping the COB is as good as the Goliath bc that's my favorite light

i been running goliath for about 14 months now and in the last 3 weeks 9 leds have stopped working. goliath is slowly dying on me. not what i expected at all. gutted. its still smashing it but wont be at its best with 9 leds out. happy growing

You probably have the old model write Neil see what he can do because I have the old model so there is no repair to it just costs to much. And there is a warranty on it so....

I had only one go out it's a UV diode so to me that's important

i have wrote niel no reply. this is not an old light. its 14 month old. there is only 1 model of goliath. i wrotr niel about 5 days ago. no reply yet. havnt looked into how much will cost to fix. wouldnt kno were to start lol. happy growing
