will the PhytoMAX 1000 b good in a 5x5 Gorilla Grow tent????.... and will the light b too strong for seedling stage?? If now how high should I hang it??

It should work well in a five five. I would hang it high and keep it on veg in seedling stage. Maybe consult there web site for hanging height in veg.
