how old is she?id stay clear of fish right now if your thinking of cutting her at all anytime soon. your have to rinse the soil but flushing shouldnt be needed.but some pics and/or link or the fish your using..and how are you using your frass?steeping it each time you use it?cuz that the only way it good for root drenches for either pest or feeing.topping to but thats different.

She's 56 days old. I've been using the Alaska Fish 5-1-1 and Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10. Heavier on the 0-10-10 and very light on the 5-1-1. Using the frass to make tea, but I usually let the grit fall where it may. I don't use a tea bag and a don't strain when I water.
I've been watching her buds very closely and I think she still adding new flower and frosting ;-)
I set up my bubbler and I'm currently brewing up some simple EWC/Molassas tea. I plan to let it bubble for at least 24 hours, maybe longer.

Well, I don't have anything to compare it to, but she has a sweet fruity kind of smell.
Sounds like little one has same N def probs as big one Curls. Yep get that EWC tea in asap and take eyes advice on the cow & mushy compost..you need diverse bacteria in your soil to make all the nutrients your putting in become available to plants, especially N ! Check out this series of you tube vids from Dr Elaine Ingham (one of my gurus lol) , give you a good overview of the food soil web

Thanks for the video link. I will watch it later today. I believe you're right about Lil sis. I'm planning to throw some frass in it the end of brewing and give her some more fishy grow 5-1-1 maybe Il try 1/2 strength this time.
Anyways, I hear ya both about the mushroom and moo compost. Unfortunately I don't have room to store giant bags of garden goodies. Not sure I could even find them here this time of year. I did some looking and it looks like I could get one of these two now locally. Thoughts?

Here are a few pics from the other day.A couple of days ago I harvested a four tiny fluffernuggins from the lowest branch on the inside. I air dried them for two days. Tried one last night and it tasted like shite. Haha! Just like I knew it would,but worse. Put the other three in a mason jar. Just opened it this morning and it smells divine! Can't wait to try again once these flowers are cured! Peace.

You should be able to buy really small bags (about 5lb ) from nurserys ?, you dont need to buy giant bags as you only use a cup or two in your teas. green buds sux.. taste shit and rough smoke lol

I'll look around a bit. I do have some roots organic sea bird guano. Its 0-12-0 with 20% calcium, but I haven't used any yet because I'm not sure when or how to best use it.
