New Grower Blue Mystic First Grow

I wanted to show a few pics of little sis. I've notice her first leaf set is dropping and getting a little yellow. I don't think she's burned because she's had nothing but plain water. She is two weeks old now and I'm thinking maybe she's a little hungry. Thinking of picking up some 5-1-1 alaska fishy ferts so I can give her a light feeding at 1/4 to 1/3 strenghth max. Does this sound about right?

well the grow and bloom organicare imo would be ideal since from what ive seen is much more clearly usable as a single feed system as far as granules go imho. but you could use others, but again imho they're slightly inferior. but if you could swing everything in these pics(small black baggie are casting) i gaurantee you a flawless grow short of over water n heat n other things.but your medium will do ya fine and you'll have a baseline on your own waters PH..do you use city or RO,distilled or well water..just curious. and honestly if you had these?you wont need to buy an accurate 8 soil PH meter.like i said i aint got one.and if you could swing a bag of steer and cow manure, you'd be frigin in stellar shape.but what is included with the price of all these things is you'll grow back to back to back to back for prolly a year or even two short of buying castings(invest in a worm farm maybe?) without even buying anything except soil and EWC. its a long term investment and i can promise you you'll have such a great and stellar grow you'll wonder where this has been your entire life lol.i know I did. but lemme know what(if anything) you might be able to aquire.these are everything you'll nedd from teas to soil working and they are ALL interchangeable too.

too much?

well the Wettable powder and steer manure should be gotten. they are both forms of inoculates and again work in tandem with one another.i can keep going so lemme know whatcha thinking about.

Hey, Eyes.

First off a big thank you for helping me with big sis. She is loosing some leaves, but her buds are getting sticky. :woohoo1:I know she won't be optimal, but I think I will actually get something. How much remains to be seen. Last tea I gave her I left the wet EWC left over sit in the bottom of the bucket wet for an extra day then used it to top dress. I am planning to give her another tea feeding next time she's watered probably sometime next week. This time I want to use some frass and molasses to help boost resin production. I'm kind of wondering how I'll know when to stop feeding her and when to start flushing if I even need to do that. I'm kind of thinking she's going to be done early because she's way below optimal health.
Would love to hear ANYONE's thoughts on this. She is just over six weeks old. Breeder claims 7-9 for flowering.:smokeout:

I'm getting ready to buy some fishy veg 5-1-1 (see my previous post about little sis. What is in the great white jar? I have a smallish sample Great White Granular 1 mycorrhizae. Once I get the veg fish I'll have everything in the top picture except the castile soap, which I can get locally if it's necessary. I believe you are using it as a wetting agent for the wettable powder. What is that by the way? Also, you mentioned soup feeding. What is the difference between soup and tea? That sounds funny :jointman:

Alfalfa meal and kelp meal and garden lime I can get locally. I have been wanting to get alfalfa and kelp meal anyways, but what is the difference between the meal and the liquid kelp I just bought? Do I need both? Bakashi sounds interesting, but I probably won't get any soon unless I can find it locally and it's cheap. I can only find giant bags of Azomite locally. If I can find some cheap on line I might by some. I will also keep looking locally. I do not have Gypsum and from what I've read people mainly use it to break up clay soil. I am using a bagged potting mix so I'm wondering if I really need it. Can you explain further? I have EWC. I also notice the organicare bloom isn't in your pictures. Does that mean I can do without if I get the other stuff?

So If I get everything pictured how would I use it? :shrug:I want to mix up some soil for future use.

Things I have that aren't in your picture: insect frass, tomato tone, sea bird guano, epsom salt.

Have you even looked at any of my 100% organic and/or soil building threads?the organicare is a granule like the grow is i also use from them and its blended into the soil and cooked along with multitude of other things.Im stretching my legs is all Im doing to be honest with the involved mixes but it can be done very easily as well as simply and quite perfect actually. the threads should answer many of your queries since I cant type THAt much without it being a massive tasks..lol sorry.BUT,the great white powder is essentially a simple inoculate(or sustaining powder and complex B vitamins..) for the plants and its nicely effective especially when you add other types since they feed off one another for foods as well as the disolved organic AND the meals.two very separate things as far as how they react with a living soil.or a simple non living simple organic compound soil mix. soo either way it'll help for both bloom and veg and boosted with the liquid kelp in teas is more ideal as a rule.

the soap i use a a surfactant actually.I rarely leaf feed indoors.and especially with autos.they dont tend to dig that a lot as a harder rule.especially in early flower.if ya wanna piss it off sure LMFAo but i dont wanna piss em off .lol.

the white jar in exactly what it says.amazon..cheap for a few pound bag.mix it with another better inoculate OR Wettable powder!..lol and it'll really pop a tea especially OR a decent soil blend/Mix.Bokashi and/or leaf mold is almost essential for a solidly build living or Inoculated soil mix.botrh can be done cheaply at home.i dont but its very cheap as far as the bokashi goes.Dazed and i believe Bother Dubv has made these things..or even JM too i think.but its easy but a lil involved hence why I dont cuz of my disability.anywho.did i answer most things?please read the links.all different and GOOD esp. the inoculate one too.

Fair enough, Eyes. I'll do some more reading. But, you know how it goes right? More reading will bring answers and more questions. Haha!

Day 45 and pretty much all her leaves have turned bright yellow. I've been able to remove about 6-8 over the last few days with just a gentle tug. On the up side her bud sites seem to be bulking up nicely. :jointman: I think I saw a very few trichomes with a hint of amber. Most are milky or clear. I'm thinking she's going to be finished in three weeks maybe sooner. Does this sound right? I'm thinking of giving a frass/Molasses tea next watering which will be in a few day. After that I don't know if I should try to squeeze in another feeding, continue with teas or use straight water. Any advice would be appreciated as I try to plan out the next few weeks.I turned the pot one quarter for each pic. Peace.
