Harvest & Curing Boveda 62%

amazon, and act quick because they dont have many left in stock brother

I use either Amazon or Sweetleaf packaging for all my stuff for curing n things.great prices man.And that Vid I reposted justr so everyone knows since about half way through er whatever it goes into the Percentage of water(10-13% is ideal and i personally believe it to be strain specific as to water per volume n density n so on) as well as a fun lil thing on boveda 62%.

I used Boveda, Sweet leaf packaging and amazon for smaller orders now.the sweetleaf place has an excellent price but wasnt single wrapped but i got baggies n will do that tonight.but a great deal.I got 40 packs..well 20 actually from Boveda at a buck a pack which aint bad.and right about the same at SLP too.so both are worth it imo.

this is a great video i keep recycling since it has a lot of decent info on it for curing and pack n basic stuff.give it a listen.

The only theoretical advantage is complete darkness...but that's the only thing I can see....

Got a lot of em Now

well really its a storing container or dry storage,as ya'll know but imo its the advantage of being able to tolerate being stuck anywhere in varying temps and it will and does keep it in a better form than(light does degrade cannabis as ya know)a mason jar for the stoner on the go or i suppose serious about curing imo since it really it a very versatile way ,but for straight home stuff in a cabinet or something with a solid seal theres not a real need imo.but it does work better imho for my region especially in winter than a mason jar, time n time again.thats my take, but just depends on your needs and desires imo really.be good man. oh and imho it helps eat any excess gasses better since several are used in the vault but several in a jar i suppose would essentially do the same if ya got a good lid seal..later.:smoke: oh lmfao aaand being you replace each lid of the jar each time you use it for a short time9or supposed to anyway) the vault is better since its a WAY superior seal and can be used for a loooong time without buying extra lids so a cost win there too

id like to take a minute and talk about the Boveda 62% packs.I got now around 80 of them in the mail with the few i had left over.ive stored a ton of them over the months and seasons and found for some reason the single baggies and the manufacture baggies(not used heavy at all)failed ever so slightly and the edges of two or three were getting crunky,SO,for anyone storing them for a long period of time hoping what seem to be a decent bag to store em in is really now awesome imo LMFAO!!sooo ya may wanna double them and stick em in a jar for example once inside a newer bag like I just did,ill prolly get a full year or better i hope anywho...i was out sorting my stuff and burping things n thought Id sahre a cpl opinions is all.be good all n happy curing:smoke:

I keep my packs sealed up in a jar. What is interesting is that as long as the boveda pack is in the jar, it doesn't dry out. But if I have one that has been a jar awhile, will dry out quickly... like in a day.

so yer saying your packs dry out quickly in a sealed jar or vault or something?is your weed really dry or bad seal?ive not had that unless its really dry ill use two packs n leave it n its fine.but itll draw it out as ya know n the edges get all crispy n stuff but I love these things man. I must have 100 of the damn things lol:Sharing One:

What I meant is that if I have used a packet for a while and leaven it out of the jar, it will dry up. If I keep it in the jar, it doesn't dry up as quickly.

oohhh lmfao ya i misunderstood lol ohh yeah bro once theyve been used some they dry up in all of a day LOL! especially if its cold like now for me.lol! yeah i always pull the used ones and store them together in a bag in a jar and use them for smaller jobs till theyre used but never reuse them if your planning oin freshly stored bud,ive had it mutate the smell a little with a cpl of the storing jars I had going awhile ago. happy smoking buddy!:Sharing One:
