hey SS, ive been wanting to make my own budder for a while now, but after reading what you have to say about "not using trim" im not sure if i want to. I have really great trim, covered in trichs (from the Syrup) along with all of the popcorn nugs from the bottom of the plant. do you still think it wouldnt be worth making a batch of Budder? when you tried making it with trim, what happened? did you get anything? i am more excited about making my own batch of budder than the grow itself, haha. but i want to know what you think since you seem to make some amazing budder. other than budder, i guess i would just try the dry ice method with my bubble bags and save me some time (use to using a small little keef box to get everything off my trim). let me know what i should do.

Hey medman thanks for the kind words bro :smokebuds: and it's really going to depend on the strain if the trim will budder up for you . I have had Durty dragon trim and sweet seeds sweet cheese trim are the only ones I've got to turn into budder , that being said that frosty ass syrup of yours has a really good chance of buddering up it just may take a little more whipping . And if it won't budder up bro dont sweat it you will still have some kick ass bho . and the other great thing about it is after i run butane through it once I dump it out in my bubble bag while it's still cold from the butane and throw some coins in it and shake gently and you will have a good amount of kief ontop of your budder , if you look at the kief under a scope it's almost all just the stalks left all the heads will extracted in your bho so there's no waste oh and I also have been saving the trim after I shake it out I cook in coconut oil and use it for salves and topicals .let me know If you have any questions bro :smokebuds:

Thanks for the info dude. I made some co2 keef today with most of my trim so far, but I have 12 more to chop. So I'm pretty sure I'm going to try the bho once I get more popcorn nugs saved up. Will post on here once I do. The keef is doing me just fine for now.... Ahhhhhhh and exhale.

whats up everyone heres how i am getting this weekend started i just got my butane and my nails in today thanks lever :smokebuds: so i made a bunch of bho
heres 4 grams of sugar gom before i vacuum purged it

and 3.5 grams of AKR BHO and Kief

that was from a ounce of sugar gom i got back 4.2 grams and i used 2 grams shy of a ounce of AKR and got back 3.4 grams

Well I ordered me an extraction tube, 10 gram glass piece from ebay. Should be here tomorrow or Tues plus I'm heading out later today to get some more essentials (pyrex, infrared thermometer, tea kettle, butane). Pretty stoked :booya:. So I have 20 grams of material, enough for two runs.... How much do you think it will yield???
