Indoor Buddha Seeds-Syrup Grow

Hi AFN Friends,

It's time for another grow report, this time with Buddha Seeds 'Syrup'. I'll be using the same materials I always use:
* FoxFarm Soil (Ocean Forest & Happy Frog 50/50 mix)
* FoxFarm Nutes
* 400w HPS @ 18/6
Alright here we go...

I'm already well into the grow and have already harvested the first of 3 lovely ladies. I'm growing them each 1 week apart to spread out the grow a little bit. Let me know what you guys think!!

Week 8 Update

Hi AFN Friends,

I am officially at the end of Week 8 and the first 'Syrup' came down. I'm really impressed by the quick finishing time. If the final product is equal in quality as it is in quickness then I'll probably be adding Buddha Seeds 'Purple Kush' to my short list of future seed orders!! Nothing out of the ordinary to report, so far it's been smooth sailing. Talk with you all again soon.

Hey man, everything is lookin great. I also use fox farm nutes and soil. Syrup is such a "sugar" producer, and a great smoke. That's my main strain that I grow, along with many other of Buddhas. I have tried 18/6 light hours, but I have to say, 20/4 with Buddha strains is what gets the most production. You should try it next time. The purple kush is not a very large producer but she is a treat. Check out my thread on syrup and p.k, hope everything is curing and smoking good. Looking forward to see what you got next

Thanks #215medicineman!! I've been using FoxFarm products from the very start and they've never done me wrong! Thanks for the lighting tip, I'll give it a try on the P. Kush when I get it!! I'll check out your grows to get some inspiration for my next project. Thanks again!

Week 9 Grow Update

Hi AFN Friends,

It's officially the end of week 8 for the second (and largest) lovely lady. I started flushing her with some FoxFarm 'Sledgehammer' and then straight H2O from there on out. The first 'Syrup' to come down was the smallest of the 3 and she gave me 24 grams (dry weight). Talk with you guys again soon...

Hi AFN Friends,

Tonight the second of the three 'Syrup' came down. I'll start flushing the final lovely lady this weekend! I've been quite impressed with this strain and already put in an order for some Purple Kush as well as a Paradise Seeds variety pack (Wappa, Whiteberry & Vertigo). I've grown the regular Whiteberry and the Vertigo and have always had great results with several other Paradise Seed strains. So, I'm pretty excited to get those going as soon as they arrive!

Syrup looks great dude. Nice coats of trichs and resin. It's a great smoke. Usually more of a spicy smell and a sweet taste. Can't wait to see some harvested pics.
