Grow Mediums Calling the Hydro Gurus!

Hydro gurus: Could you come have a look at my grow and give me some pointers? I have already learned a lot, and my ladies are doing pretty well, but I would love to have some Hydro folks on-board to take a look at what I've done so far and give me some constructive criticism as well as offer some guidance on any possible future issues I may experience.

I am a pretty self-sufficient guy, but I am brand new to this, and sometimes copious amounts of research isn't enough.
