..just a lone spot? .... it looks like a small fungal or bacterial infection maybe,...usually, unless your nute solution is really strong (too strong frankly) it's not a burn caused by nute splashing,.. keep in mind that foliar feeding is a common practice across the entire horticultural industry,.... But Rollin' makes a good observation, such spotting can come from point contact of a nute solution along the pot rim, making it stay wet long enough for pathogens to get in via open stomata on leaf bottom, and gain foothold,... snip it clear with clean blades and let it air-dry,....
