Cannabis Strains for PTSD

PTSD is tricky. I had script years before our combined research in the topic was as evolved. I used a lot of northern lights blueberry and herer. My gut advise is no high thc/low cbd strains as they tend to increase paranoia.

Stick to indica. Autos should be fine in general with higher cbd from the ruderalis. Nearly 15yrs later, still got it... VA denied ny claim twice. Wish I could use some stone dragon, reviews seem perfect for ptsd and anxiety.

Hey man you gotta stick with it when it comes to your claim with the va.. I'm 70% for PTSD and I am also temporarily unemployable.. I go for my next cnp in September... Worried sick about it and it's only April....

Actually it's been found that high cbd strains are very helpful for ptsd. Really helps with sleep as well, if you suffer from night terrors or nightmares high cbd tincture, edibles or cannabis can be very helpful. Non psychoactive but solid nights sleep.

I just cloned 24 of high cbd harelequin. They are photoperiods but im hoping they can really bring some healing to patients

I agree with indicas are much better for my ptsd. I had think different for a speel, before that big devil xl and jack herer for percy for a month and nearly lost the plot. Sativa makes my head and thoughts race. It gives me a clarity that I aint looking for! LOL. I'm now growing the strain that has fit best with my ptsd, 4 Barney's farm pineapple express's. The happiest of happy strains. Also got 1 g13 pineapple express (Day 73) on the way, 2 northern lights, 5 60 day lemons, a Buddha white dwarf, a n/l x big bud an il diavolo and 3 sweet + speeds :) Not taking any chances with running out again. LOL

Looking good man. Wondering how
Much mine will be affected with the power being out 18 hours Thursday night and in not sure how long it was out last night.. Your buds will surely outweigh the cost of light bill!!

Hey oxy...hopefully it will only slow them down a little..:pighug:

evil twin sister says:

Badbadbad complex PTSD here. Indica all the way with indica heavy hybrids as well. I respond well to most things with a Kush lineage. CBD for pain and inflammation and nervous system stuff that can be bad PTSD triggers.

Worth mentioning that long term constant stress environments, like long term PTSD, can have permanent effects on your nervous system and endocrine systems. So at some point you really can't separate out PTSD as "just" a mental or psychological problem.
