Am just about to end my life as a tobacco smoker and have been looking for a good price portable vape, that produces nice thick vapor, as after way to many year of smoking cigs it takes alot for me to feel at hit from anything else.

I already own the Plenty from Storz and Bickel and like the vapor produced by it, but it just seems so damn hungrey and i burn through about double the weed i normaly would when using it, and also it must be one of the most uncomfortable smoking devices to use due to that chunk design, but i will give it the up point that it is for sure very well made and have never had a problem with the workings of it.

But sadly due to the negatives it has just been sitting there for 6 months now not used once, so will be sticking it on Ebay and looking for something newer, smaller and more efficent to spend the money on.

Want something smaller, cheaper and more efficent than what i already have and after alot of reading here and in other places have come up with the following.

Titan 2 - Thanks to Pops review.

MLFB - Every review site seems to love it and is in price range too.

IMag+ - Just seen this one on a couple of review sites, and they class it as a mid end vape but at a low end price, not sure on this though as never heard much about it before.

FlowerMate 5.0 - Seen quite a bit of good talk about this vape also, but nothing past review sites and nothing really on personal experience.

Any true positives and negatives, from personal experience much apprciated as i cant put to much trust into review websites, as god knows what terms they agree to to get sent free vapes to review.

Also if there is any other vape i have missed above in the same price range, that someone has use with and thinks it deserves a mention let us know.

Thanks

Congrats on dropping the smoking from your life I quit 8 years ago and have no regrets at all . If you need support send me a message and I.m right there . Best bang for your buck 2nd generation Arizer Solo . If your looking for stealth take a look at the Goboof Alfa .The Flowermate 5.0 S is a good bet too but make sure it,s the S model . All have adjustable temps so you can crank them up if so desired . You have to make a bit of an adjustment when you go from smoking to vaping . Smoking is a little more violent than vaping . You know when your really stressed and you light up a fag and take a nice big drag to settle your nerves LOL . Geez I hope I didn't encourage you to light up .

P.S. I own all 3 .

Thanks Bear,

From my limited use of my Plenty have picked up on the differences between smoking and vaping, and to me they dont bother me to much, the only thing that has really stopped me using the Plenty more is the reason stated above and what has made me decide to stick it on Ebay and put the money into something i will use.

Am switching to Ecigs for now to combat the nicotine, thanks to a load of great help and info from Alwaysautos on them have that covered for now, he really knows his stuff when it comes to Ecigs, liquids etc, but thanks for the offer and i will for sure hit you up if and when is needed.

Noticed a minute ago about 5.0s model with adjustable temp and that is another + for sure, as from my limted vape experience i really liked being able to start of cool and slowly up the temps, tasting and getting through the different stages of the actives.

Will check out the Arizer Solo and Goboof Alfa now and see what they are like, after making a mistake on the purchase of my Plenty, i dont want to do the same again and am being careful this time to get a vape that meets my needs. Really liked the look of the Crafty but the wife has said no f***ing way am i spending that much again on a vape, so hence the look for a good budget portable option.

Lol am still on the cigs at the moment as i am waiting still for my Ecig supplys to come and then it all begins, so no worrys bro takes alot less than that to make me light up at the moment.

I went right to the patch when I quit tobacco only because the government decided to pickup the tab ($ 375.00 cad ) to save my sorry ass . :goodluck:

Well in Spain there is no hope of that, the health system is just about broke you can't even get prescription meds in some places as the pharmacys can't afford then.

One of the many reasons we are gonna be gone from here soon, lol Canada is currently at the top of our list, due to many friends there and it being a stable and friendly country, along with Ireland and Sweden.

Congrats on kicking the cigs Bear and hope to follow in your footsteps soon.

Well the way the finances stand at the moment the Flowermate 5.0s seem the best choice.

But love the specs and look of the Solo and also the new Air, can't find many reports of personal experience with the Air yet though so will wait on that one.

Guess it's time to get the Plenty on Ebay so I know how much cash I am going to have to play with then make the choice of the Solo or Flowermate.

Thanks again buddy very informative and helpful replies.

High!

Nice move to vape

I have none of the vapes you mentioned but tried them all.
Only the Solo was to my liking IMHO.

I hope later on you will be able to get you the Mighty instead of the Crafty....it is big but work really, really well.
The Mighty larger battery is a big plus, between 6-8 bowls so crafty might be even much lesser but not discreet if you need too but not impossible and from where you are should be fine...
The Mighty is my favorite portable by far now ...

Did not help you much yet but maybe you could look at the Daisy vaporizer and Lily vaporizer, works with butane Torch and well look at it.
Not expensive, playful etc...
I have the Cie site but not sure if ok to post here, so if you need google it or PM
It hits :) strong....and taste very good too.

I feel it is a good way to move away from smoking because it is nearly same ritual as smoking a bong but it hits stronger, smoother and longer (less weed, just a pinch)

Will do a review of both later on....I started a thread on Daisy

Hope you find what you are looking for.

Peace!

sounds to me you'd only be happy with a good, desktop vape Like an Extreme Q or Volcano

If the vape is going to be your main smoking method - i'd probably avoid the MFLB .. unless you're a light smoker.

Don't get me wrong - it's really good and i've got one .. and still use it. But for me it's supplimentary rather than a main smoking device. I like to keep it loaded and use it on the sneaky when i can't puff a joint.

To get the best out of it, you need the plug in adapter. It takes away the mystery and gives constant heat.

The trench is good for about 2-5 good pulls before you need to let the material go (i keep mine in a tin) and in truth the first two pulls are super tasty and then it kinda goes down hill to a toasty flavour (which is when i let it go)

Handy and discreet and well built and good for a quick puff.

Thanks, am not as young as I used to be and the time has come to look after myself a bit more, seeing the health of my wife's parents deteriorate has put a few things in perspective. Still aiming for the Crafty the only thing is the cost, but if I get enough for the Plenty I might make it. The Mighty although with the bigger battery life and pass through charging, just seems a bit on the big size for me, don't look like it would be to easy to slip into a pocket while out and about, the same with the Daisy although it is hard to get a good perspective of it from the video I just watched, although I must say it is a thing of beauty a vape and modern art all in one. No offense meant but the Lily looks well a bit on the feminine side for me. Thanks for the advice though, it has been taken on board and has given me some new options.

Made the mistake with the Plenty of getting a plug in style desktop vape, is why this time want to get something portable that would meet my needs and I could get some use from it. Although after your review of the Titan 2 it has peaked my interest I it alot, and for the price looks amazing if not now for a daily portable, in the future as a backup for sure.

Only go through 2-3 mid sized sessions a day, but yeah 2-5 good pulls don't sound like much, can see your points on when it could be useful though. Have got a bit of already vaped bud from the few sessions I had on the Plenty in a jar, and suprise me how much of a buzz you could still get from it.

For now it looks like the Flowermate 5.0s if I don't get much for the Plenty, and the Solo if I get a bit more and if I get a result on the Plenty it will be the Crafty for sure.
