The first time they got my plants another neighbor's soon to be ex wife called the Sheriff on me. She was having an affair, her husband found out and was getting a divorce. He had bought weed from me so she said if he gave up her lover to the court she would give up his weed source. In her coked up pill taking logic she somehow thought that would hurt him. Only one it hurt was me. I cooperated when they came here. They pulled the plants, complimented me on my growing skills, put them in the trunk of the cruiser and left. That was my first auto grow, some LR II, that was a week away from harvest. I jokingly said to the narc that I hadn't even had a chance to try it. His response was that if any fell on the ground he wouldn't pick it up. So when they weren't looking I grabbed a couple of buds and threw them behind a tomato plant. He told me they were some of the nicest plants he had ever seen. Nothing was put into evidence bags so had it gone to court I could have challenged the chain of custody on the evidence. Even though I'd never met them before, all the cops know my truck and see me working around the county. They know I'm just a guy trying to make a buck and not a trouble maker. Totally different attitude with the locals. They have their hands full with meth and drunks so really don't care about the pot smokers unless they are given reason. But this was the state task force and they live for this.

I am just curious Muddy, how did you get busted the first time? Someone Told? How did they know

No, I've got no deniability on these ones. It's a great spot that gets sun all day but as I said, can't be seen from the house or yard. This will be the last year I put that many out. From now on it will only be 2 or 3 at the most and all in different spots.

Whoa scary stuff brother, but i agree with you and bailer they obviously didnt see them or they would have took them or atleast paid a closer look. how close are they to your house, are they far enough on you propery where you can deny knowing about them. I feel for you thats my biggest fear.

Damn, scary story. If it were me, I would never as much as go near those other plants. It would appear that someone else is planting the plants across property lines <wink-wink-nudge-nudge>. They probably had a warrent/or permission for the neighbors property, but not one for yours. The knock on the door was most likely them wanting to ask permission to go on your property. It was good you were not there. I would do a deep clean of the inside of your house and remove ANY evidence of weed. I would almost bet money that they are scoping out the other plants. Just let them go unwatered and die in the summer heat. If they moniter the plants and they catch you cutting them down, or just visiting them, your busted. If they die, they most likely won't have enough evidence to get a warrent. If they do - make sure your house is squeaky clean; especially with a past record.

I wouldn't even take the dog for a walk down there. Count your blessings; Karma just gave you a big warning.

There's no reason for me to go back there. They weren't my plants and there's nothing to see. I'll wait till the weekend and take a couple of the dogs and go for a walk.

sounds beter just a walk with dogs and if they come they wherent yours not be cool? only walk the dogs and others some put it on you land?
it like me with geurillia grows i only fishing here i sey too cops if they come (ones waterpolice stopt me in my boot full of stuff too work the land my friend alsmost panic i just sey fishing lol)

Damn muddy sorry to hear about that bro, i know that is some scary stuff. I have to agree with the rest i dont think that they saw yours and wont be back for them, but i would still play it safe brother. Hope this all comes to an end fast for you.
