So I wanted to try my hand at rockwool and a old fav of coco just to see which does better. Apparently rockwool holds more oxygen when fully saturated as demoed by grow pot cheaply YouTube page. My question here is how do I prep the rockwool I'm going to be growing in. Do Iprecharge with coco only once or do I keep them moist until my plant has outgrown its seed starter home which happens to be a grow dan Rockwood 2inch cube? And could someone give me a refresher course on how to precharge coco as well.
