Cultiuana Lighting Test 2022 Cultiuana Grow and Show - Zer0 Tests and Reviews CT-100 100w Light

Hey everyone, I am testing a CT-100 100w light from @Cultiuana in a 2.3x2.3 tent using an Autopot XL, medium is promix and dynomyco and i will be using megacrop, bud explosion, and bud candy to feed her.

The strain i picked for this grow is Crystal Meth Auto by FastBuds maybe @Fast Buds Heather will want to watch this :smoking:

I plan to use their hang height and dimmer recommendations

Here is the unboxing and installation of the light panel into my tent

Hanging the light at 24" @ 40% dimmer gave me 210 ppfd and only using 40w

Using the same hanging height 24" i tested watts and ppfd and my results were:
40%---40w------210ppfd
60%---59.8w----266ppfd
80%---82.2w----354ppfd
100%--102.5w--439ppfd

Here is the strain i picked and how i chose to germinate it (water, tm-7, and a few drops of h202)

Once i seen a tail i planted it and a few days later it popped up

Day 5

I turned the dimmer on the light up to 60% about 19 inches away from the top of the plant. She was getting leggy and i wanted to stop that so i increased par from 220 to 420 to see how she responds.

Day 11

I think i messed her up by accidentally turning the autovalve on, i guess she was to small for all that water.

I'm sure she will recover but she has lost a week of growth it looks like, my fault not the breeder or the lights fault. the good news is i have more seeds and more time to show case this light, not letting this speed bump slow down my fun! I'm hoping its just the roots filling out the 5 gallon pot.

I have to say I'm impressed that the power level and wattage corresponded so closely.

-sigh- day 14 and she finally poked up something above her 1st leafs

Yesterday i put another seed in water to soak for 48 hours and tomorrow or the day after I'll plant it in the same pot as this sad plant and see if i can add some excitement to this grow!!

Sorry everyone but i guess this stuff happens from time to time, using a genetic i never have grown before, i should of used a strain i know has no teething issues as a sprout. Learning is part of growing so i'll accept it and overcome it.

Day 15

The seed i soaked has a tail but i didn't see it at 1st because the tail was growing down lol

I planted it in the same container as the day 15 crystal meth auto so lets see if "plan b" can out grow the 1st plant lol

I'm seeing improvement, all i can say lol all my hopes are with plan b

Using 120w with fans (light is at 80% now, so 80watts) i am pulling 1.1 amps, what my digital meter shows me.

Day 16

Bumped the light up to 80% to test the light on the plant and as a heat test

not much change in the plant but something is better than nothing.

@TrichomeAssassin here is my meter, this is with 1 clip fan, 1 extraction fan @ 50% power and the light @ 80% power (80w)
