hello guys

i was just wondering if anyone could help me with with my choice of dehumidifier humidistat my grow tent is only 80 x 80 x 1.80 im looking for something compact that dosent make too much noice maybe a model without a compressor if i could have them all in 1 i would be happy otherwise i dont mind buying the humidistat and dehumidifier seperate if need be where i live in europe humidity is at least at 60 percent my tent being between 60-70 percent constantly im looking to halve that for flowering so what is anyone else using in similar kind of conditions i understand theres a lot of choices makes and models but what matters to me is an honnest opinion on what you are using the more silenced the better in my conditions any guidance would be much appreciated :peace:

As far as I no all dehumidifiers have compressors and they produce heat and noise. If your looking to lower the humidity for flowering I would just try and open the tent up and add another fan for circulation. It's harder to keep RH lower in the summer when outside air naturally is more humid unless you live in a desert area.

hey nam

well believe it or not there is models without compressors obviously i know im taking it to the next level and it dosent look like much is discussed on this subject but im really trying to maximize my yield this is the thing nam obviously ive intsalled a carbon filter so i dont really want to leave my tent open if you know what i mean and my problem is its around 52 percent in the room constantly i cant really see how i could get to the desired 30 percent in flowering without a dehumidifier i will be quite surprised if no one has one running unless obviously your conditions in your part of the world are different to mine if anyone has any ideas dont hesitate thanks nam for your piece of cake :peace:

hey hatch

i have checked this model out pretty cheap no !!! but i will have to buy a seperate humidistat which is something i would consider but looking at the ratings a lot of people are unhappy with the noise it makes im seeking a more stealthier option if you feel my vibe ive just been looking at the zibro D510 10l/24h whats your thoughts thanks hatch :peace:

52% isnt bad. They say 45-50% is where you want to be for flowering.

For that size, have you considered something like DampRid or something like flower desiccant? I used to use that stuff for a similar hobby I had in my closet that would work wonders, could usually take the humidity down by about 10%.

hey sauce

tricks of the trade !!! my target is 30 percent for flowering obviously dergading humidity little by little......... THEY are a very big world !!! 40-45 percent id settle for that to dry my goods thanks buddy

hatch the zibro 510 ? :peace:
