Lighting Dimming a meizhi 600w LED

I know moving the Led away from the pot is the best option but I have my smallest grow space (a larger fridge) usually used just for seedlings.... I only have a Meizhi 600w LED free and want to dim it while the plants are young...

Anyone got any ideas or recommendations of dimmable switches that I can wire in or plugs I could use, installation vids or any other helpful advice??
