Indoor does this happen to anybodys seedlings

Wassup guys 4/4 of my seedlings broke soil today. they lost the seed shell but theres like that super thin film shit still holding the set of leaves together..anyone know what i mean? its like see through thin and its just keeping the leaves from opening

if you know what i mean will the leaves break through that or will i have to take matters into my own hands? thanks guys

I had that exact same thing on one of my albino dragons yesterday. I dropped a drop of water or it waited 5 min and carefully pulled it off with tweasers. Slipped right off.

that's it good call, Iv never really had any side effect's from it....... if you sow your beans a little deeper, it should keep that from happening...

It doing just fine. Looks exactly like the other three in the same pot:thumbs:. I cleaned the tweasers with rubbing alcohol first. Its really didn't take much pressure at all. Just don't hammer down the espresso before hand.

yeah it was my first time germing straight to soil, kinda just pushed em down a little, next time theyll go a lil deeper :thumbs:

lol alright cool, ill leave it until midnight to give it a chance to try and do it itself, if not ill break out the tweezers

one last thing, a 1/2 inch deep works well for me.

Goauto is spot on. Plant them 1/2" deep and you will rarely have problems with the seedling shedding their shells and not opening properly.
