Hey guy. I got r square hard plastic totes im going to use for a rdwc I think...the deminsions are 15''x22'' and a foot deep. Holds 11 gallons filled to top. Will this hold 2 vast and vast plants ya think?
Eleven gallons might be a bit small for 2 plants. I'm running a Current Culture RDWC system with 8 gallon buckets, 1 plant per bucket, and the roots from a single plant almost totally fill the buckets.
What kinda plants and lights ya got? I got a 2x6 foot room thats going to be all grow area with the res being underneath pumping up a foot to plants and totes/buckets. 8 planta is to muxh to aim for for that growspace? I shouldnt have any probs with lights and grow envoronment.
I'm using FERO LEDs and am growing Pineapple Chunk, a photo strain, right now. Plants in hydro, especially RDWC, can get very large. I would think that 3 plants are about all you'll be able to comfortably grow in that space.
Eek ya got me worried about my plants. Yours is only suposed to get like 3 foot? Mine is 3-4 foot. Mine are auto and though website says 800g m2 I was only expecting like 2 oz per plant, thats why I was hopeing to get 2 in each container I have. I had my doubts though. Second plan was to just do 5 5 gallon buckets spaced a couple inchs apart with a plant in each. Now ya got me reguessing that lol.
