My plants in old cat litter containers (approx 4gal) are always bigger than the plants in my superoots air pots (5gal equiv)....


Thats my first thought of the day. Feel free to comment and stop back for my future thoughts. I suppose I could also answer any questions as long as they pertain to the current thought of the day.

Iv noticed the same, I think in my case it's due to moisture I believe the bucket keeps moist longer -V- the Air Pots I think If I could set up a pump and timer to feed and water on the air pots they would do better they just dry up fast and once there dry you have to soak them in a tub?

I never had to soak mine. Use liquid yucca in your water if the soil is to dry. Then water a little at a time until moist. But yeah..the airpots need some type of automatic watering system to work properly imo

Todays thought

Molasses is best utilized when making compost tea. Otherwise you can potentially choke out microbes that you need to break the molasses down to make it available to the plant.

When I played D&D a long time ago the race of half orcs had a -2 to intelligence and charisma and I just recently started playing Pathfinder (new D&D) but now they dont have a -2. They got smarter and developed better personalities. (evolved)
