Dude, we are going through the same thing. I am refinancing with another bank and they want an appraisal some time this week. Granted my room is nothing like yours but I ain't legal either! Those fuckers better give me a days notice or their is gonna be nobody home. I got chills running up my spine just reading that. My garage smells like 10 tons of reefer already along with several ounces drying in the attic. Timing is everything in those situations.

thanks 420.......if you can hide it somehow stack boxes around it pile shit up right before they get there and if its hooked to house try to cook bacon.....I read about someone doing it and it works If you cook bacon and burn it some, what else covers and lingers longer then burnt bacon....

change the lock when you move in and dont share the key

you can always be "not home" or "Sleeping" or jacking off for all of their buz it is.. lol

and if they ask you can always give them that key and change it again... lol

if they ask why you changed it, have a good excuse ready, (ie I locked myself out)

i changed my room door to a heavy duty exterior door handle with lock, and as you said LL does not have a key to my house at all......3 months and i own it anyways thank god

I have two tents, 1-4x2x5 and 1-3x3x7. I am small time comparatively speaking and can have the entire show down and stashed in under an hour(yes I have practiced). I just had a long talk with my wife thanks to your situation, if they call and want to come that day then we have a doctors appt. and are walking out the door. My main concern was portability when I decided to grow, all plants are in smart pots with handles so I can grab it up quick and stash it in the SUV for a few hours. I wired in a 100 amp panel with multiple GFCI quad outlets directly behind my tent so I can unplug everything very quickly and it still looks nice and neat, most of all everything is safe. I have too many friends that like to stop by and while most everyone I know smokes I live by the the old proverb of "three can keep a secret if two are dead". Only me and my wife know and if shit gets hairy I have a burn pile out back that will do in a pinch. I am not beyond setting the whole thing afire and starting from scratch. I know I sound paranoid but where I live, surrounded by fundamental baptists, they will hang me out to dry in a heartbeat to prove a point. And I ain't going out like that.

And hey it is your house they need to come on your time not theirs.... then when they come again tell them it might be a good idea to give a 48 hour notice so you can plan to be home.....that's funny you said stashing them in the suv I almost put my 2 that are almost done flowering that had mites in my blazer its got tinted windows but I figured she would smell them walking by it and wouldn't be a good idea to drive around with a 6 oz of weed on a plant still growing haha cant stick that in your clove box.......

last night the O tripper on my intermatic timer came loose and did not trip timer off so light stayed on. I went in and shut them off at 10 and there set to come back on at noon. Is this going to screw the auto's up at all with only 2 hours of darkness today??????.....I just don't want to change the light schedule off 8-12 but will if need be
