I am about to start my first grow with Autoflowers in M3 soil. I hope to find some information on whether or not I can plant seeds directly in M3.

Welcome to AFN Flockshot. Since the M3 is 15-33-38 I think it would be way too hot for Auto's to start out. Most folks have better luck starting in something with no added nutes. You could try layering it so that the seedlings grow into it after a few weeks. Just my opinion

That is exactly what my concern is with this soil. I don't want to transplant, so the layering my be my best alternative.
