New Grower First Grow - Flash Cobra Auto CFLs

just a light feed of any organic nute will do its just to prep the bacteria to get used to the feed when you hit it hard later
like muddy said a higher N is prefered at this point but its not an issue youve given bloom as it take time to break down the feed unlike chemicals

heard good thing about roots wish it was a uk brand

Thanks Muddy and agito...would you guys recommend grow big instead of big bloom for veg then?

Here's todays update pic: berry ryder at 17 days (smallest), cobra at 19 days (tallest), and mystery plant in the back at 15 days.

Today the cobra has her first pistils!! Not sure if they are visible in this pic though:

Yes we would if its higher N than bloom.
Just looking at the plants you can see the one in the bag could do with a small dose of N as its lighter
Its a sign it could handle some nutes just read the plants but its doing very well regardless so dont worry
If your worried sometimes i just dose seaweed at this point just to get them passed veg quickly as its hard to over feed with that

Watch out for that Berry Ryder bro ...when she hits days 28-28 she will become a monster is she stay on tract in roots dirt .....I had mine about that same size and time and she exploded in 5 Gals of roots ....she s 47" tall and has I'd assume 4-6 zips ....she almost finishing up maybe 3-4 weeks left if I get more is say close to 6 zips them ....

Just started my cobras as well and I'm very interested in these ....I kept my old roots dirt too and ammended it with Levers Recipe an a few other doing a supersoil run on them.Cobras And a shot ton other flash seeds ....great looking ladies so far bro .......beware of the Br tho bro

Yo bro I also just read through ur whole thread ....I was a noob too but inside sucessdully get 1 plant in the same dirt that Roots coco.....she was a beauty till around day 60...be careful feeding her in that medium especially N....I ran into over feeding when she hit flowering ......ran intonsrious Cal /mag problems and when I gave her some it loosened up a lot of leftover N.....I starred Cfls and went to HPS too tho so if ur using just Cots be very careful feeding that soil .....just my 2 cents bro I made some mistakes on my BR thread ......

Great soild and color density in the buds

I ALSO HAVE THE master feeding charts now from Roots and will purchase the entire kits they provide is about half the cost ......also roots made some great bag meal feeds a lot cheaper and u can buy Cox fiber to mix a lot more and compost it for future grows ...if ya like my threads linked at the bottom

I am shocked at what I could have got with knowing the right stuff when I started ...

Hope this can help ya ...

Yes, Grow Big is designed for use in veg and Big Bloom for flowering. You always need more N in veg to support strong vegetative growth, more P and K in flowering to produce big buds.

Yeah it seemed counterintuitive to me to use big bloom for veg but I just went along ith the hydro store guys recommendation n the fox farm feed sched. I'll be sure to come here for advice first next time and I'll pick up what I need tomorrow. Thanks again guys..cant say it enough!

Cobra on the left at 21 days. She started to give off a nice lemony smell yesterday...very different from the berry but very pleasant...sharp, less dank. Looking forward to it. More hairs are showing up too. Transplanted her to a bigger pot as the small regular pot was definitely gonna keep her small. Hopefully I didn't stress her too much...live and learn.

Mystery seed on the rght at 17 days...giant leaves! I'm still thnking sativa dom for now.

Berry ryder in front in the smaller air pot at 19 days. Slow but steady, smell is increasing...its a danky skunky smell..real nice!
