Thanks alot beast and you know I'll be there lol no Ive done quite a few grows but most of them were just low budget side project when I was younger.but the past 8 month I've been really serious about growing.and I did a bag seed photo grow and it didn't turn out so well because I made a lot of mistakes and my setup was pretty janky.and when that grow was over I upgraded my setup alot and decided to give autos a try and did 2 Dinafem white widow auto,1 world of seeds blue diesel and 1 bb x nl. I made a few mistakes aswell and it kinda bit me in the ass late in the grow.the early finishers did really well but the other bb x nl and one of the ww got infested with white flys and it was to late to do anything about it and messed up my havest.so this is my second auto grow.

Thanks ardes glad to have you here!!!And my 400w mh is about 24 inches above the tops.i will be adding the cfls later on.

Hey guys so I I really want to get the best yield I can this grow and i have some rapid start root enhancer from gh. I'm unfamiliar with root enhancers so I was wondering if this would be good to use?and if I can use it for seedlings?because its called rapid START so I assume its for starting seedlings or clones?

I also want to try to train my plants this grow and I was thinking of LST.would this increase my yield or would I just waste it?because I've heard that its a bad idea to stress autos so I'm still undecided.

So Does any one have any info or experience with LST or rapid start? Thanks ahead of time and thanks again for all the help!!

Just from what friends have told me and what i have read on hear, i think lst is good for autos as well. I know scrog is for some of the bigger strains like td. The only thing i have been told not to do with autos is topping and lollipopping (cutting off bottom branching) hope this helps some. Hopefully someone with more experience could chim in

So I think I'll be doing lst then.i wanted to do Scrog buts its a lil to complicated for me but maybe next grow!! And I've heard topping is a big no no with autos aswell so I definitely won't go that route lol but thanks again beast for all the help I can always count on you haha anyone have experience with Gh rapid start root enhancer?or lots of experience with doing lst with autos?

I've used rapid start with good results. I generally don't give my girls anything for the first 2 weeks. Just water. At 14 days I start, but it all depends on how they're looking.
When I do use it, I start at 1ml per gallon when watering.
I generally stop using after the third feeding with nutes.
And as far as LST, Go for it.
It's easier than most folks think. I use wire coat hangers cut to length and I bend the end and stick into a side hole on the airpot.
Just make sure not to bend any branches too far.
Your just guiding it in the right direction.
Keep doing what you doing, everything is looking great.
