LMAO!! I see no disagreement, just different opinions on small stuff! Bromeo hasn't been back to see the fresh pic, or he'd be right with us on the big picture diagnosis... A4, epsom salts aren't chelated, and so aren't as readily absorbed, right? (at least by the roots?).... My thinking is there are better sources of Mg than salts, considering what they add to the ionic load in the medium.... LOL! Detergents, I'll always be conservative on them unless I've tried that specific product myself! Though true, using them at a few drops per gal. shouldn't be an issue,.... I just like my damn water spreaders, okay?! :roflcry:
...I go 1/2 strength when foliar spraying,... it's very direct, mind you! Since you just flushed, when you fertilize again, go easy, maybe 1/2 strength once, just so you're not slamming osmotic gears on the roots with such extreme changes,... foliar with soil, staggered a day or two off would be fine... now drying too much isn't a good idea; what happens is, as the moisture lessens, the relative conc. of dissolved nute's goes up (think saltwater in a dish, as it evaporates, the conc. increases)... better to keep a fairly even moisture content until the very end, where a little dry-out is a good thing...
