Yes there are loads

If you go organic you can mix your soil appropriatly so it contains everything. I put powdered egg shells in my soil and feed with epsom salts and molasses once every 2 weeks; egg shells are free if you eat eggs and the epsom salts you can get for a £1 from any chemist (they are used to treat constipation), molasses costs around £4 (black treacle) - this gives me a good range of micro nutrients. If you insist on the chemical route, there are loads of supplements but it gets expensive. However the main contributer to defficiencies is PH - so get that right first.
Have I converted you to organics yet?
What are you considering as low wattage? I have heard of PC grows with 30-60w (actual watts) but more is always better providing you can dump the heat.

Also a big tip for keeping the cost down (expecially for micro grows) is to always ask your local hydoponic store if they have any samples. I do this every time I am in there and have got everything from full sample nutrients to organic root and bloom stimulants.
