Lighting flower tent light selection. hps, cmh ir T5?

hey all, need a bit of advise.

I have a single plant under 2x55w T5 and I need to move her to flowering tent

I plan on using a tent 90x90 or 110x1110

what would be the better lamp, 315w CMH, 400w HPS or equiv T5 fixture

please help !
