Basics:

  • 2'x4'x6'
  • HORTILUX BLUE 400W Enclosed / Fan / Filter / Ducting
  • 10" oscillating fan
  • 3 bag seeds, 3 Kush & 1 Samsara Ultraviolet Auto / 5g Buckets
  • 5/19hrs

Nutes:

  • Pure Blend Pro Bloom
  • Pure Blend Pro Veg
  • Pure Blend Pro Liquid Karma (LK)
  • Black Gold Natural Organic Soil mixed 50/50 with a hydro rock mix

Water: (Per Gallon/Per Plant: 3-5 days seems to be the time the container feels light again.) 6.75-7pH Dasani water, 38TDS

3-5 days Auto

  • 5mL Bloom
  • 5mL LK

3-5 days Others

  • 5mL Veg
  • 5mL LK

(Wasn't expecting the 3 bag seeds to produce anything, but hey, they took off...)

All 6 weeks since first real leaves.

My concern here is the Ultraviolet obviously. The others are doing great.
Attached are the current pics, 3 days post transfer to the 5g, from the 2g starting container.
It started looking like this a few days before the transfer, and I was debating holding off, but after going for it, realized I was stunting the poor thing due to the root ball.

From what I have read, stress is the killer of Autos. I am hoping the stunting of the roots, and what looks like, not only stress, but lack of nutes.

I would appreciate any questions or thoughts on the current matter.

Thanks for your time ladies and gentlemen.

Welcome to the forum. Pop over to the Introduction forum and introduce yourself so we can all get to know you.

I don't see any mention of your soil pH or the pH of your run off, or if you are adjusting the pH of your water. I'm seeing a combination of possible deficiencies, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium, which suggests that your soil pH is off. If that is the case, then it's likely that you have a nutrient lockout situation where your pH is so far out of range that it's preventing the proper uptake of nutrients. Let us know what your pH is reading and then we can go from there.

Second picture in to me looks like mite damage (well the damage the mites did to me looked just like that) also high
Probability ph lock out as muddy said... More info would be great? Also for haha's check under your leaves with a scope if you have one and look for and pests... :karma Cloud: heading your ladies way .

I purchased a Standard Reference Solution 7.0pH to re-calibrate from the solution I was given at the store for my Etekcity pH pen tester a 2 months ago.
(TDS meter shows 88ppm)

"Hoston, we've had a problem."

Before - 7.07
After - 8.43

As for runoff, I have yet to water it to the point that any excess is coming out. I did that early on, and it was wet for almost a week.
I will change that based on what I have been reading here, and make sure to get better airflow to allow the soil to dry.
As well, starting taking runoff measurements.

I am going to chuck the water I have in gallon jugs, and start fresh with adjusted water and nutes.

As for the mite damage, I checked under the leaves as you requested.
This is what I found.

It would appear that I should have come here first, then gone out and sourced supplies.
The more I read on here, the more I realized I wasted a lot of money on multiple things. Most likely close to twice as much as I should have spent.
While I am sure I can continue using the nutes that I have, I need to be very careful with them to avoid burn.
As well, I need to test pH before & AFTER adding nutes, test the runoff, and calm the hell down.
I got my britches in a knot, and tried to over think it.

Considering what I have in hand, is there any advice or suggestions that I should follow?
I would like to not learn the hard way once again in my life. Especially with this.

Join the club...we learn more from mistakes than successes. At least I do...and the important part is that the knowledge is cemented with consequence.
