Mephisto Genetics Forum stomper not flowering

I've had several autos not flower or even show sex. I planted one outside just to see if it would eventually and it never showed sex , just kept growing. I tried switching both to a 12/12 light schedule assuming the auto gene never got passed. Even after 3-4 weeks still no signs of either sex. Very strange. It's an auto thing. I'd expect it with subpar genetics but not with meph.

I'm experiencing the same thing at the moment with girl scout cookies of fastbuds.showed its first preflowers in week 5 and still no development at week 7.only a few preflower hairs but no pistils and flower sign anywhere.I think I'm going to switch to 12/12 tomorrow to see what happens.Because it keeps growing and making new growth.My only question is how it will affect the other plant's(six shooter) yield.It is also at week 7 and already been flowering since week 4.

I just went through 5 beans of fast buds gsc and only 2 germinated and 1 of those had a malformed top that I ended up topping at only a week old to get rid of.

Forum Stomper can be a late flowering girl. I currently have one (2nd time growing FD) and she was late into flower. But as I recall both took longer on the autoflowering cycle. I do not count days, but I’m over Mephisto days already. I think the first one I grew finished in 100 something days. But it’s worth the wait.

I LST and topped my girls to control the height.

Good to know brother, I have soooooo many heads in this PC case, def the most I've had in a PC case grow so am holding hope she will flower as will be a decent harvest out of a case hopefully over an oz finally, my highest in a PC case was 24g in my old case with a seedsman lemon auto, was shit weed. My last was sour crack, was amazing weed but 16 g. Hoping to get quality and quantity this round

I am actually surprised she even fit in a PC case. What size pot you using? both of my grows I have had medium sized girls. And that’s just height. She also bushes out. The flowering stage she puts on some size and stretches fast. Don’t get me wrong that’s pretty cool ya got her to fit. Also she can take a while to finish in flower. One of the later flowering strains from Mephisto.

Forum Stomper is one of my favs from Mephisto. Here’s a flowering FS.

She still has a few weeks in her left though, hopefully 1-2 weeks.

Agreed. No offense, but not the greatest idea to run that strain in a small space. Mephisto doesn't lie about the sizes. Infact, I always get larger plants than advertised. Only a handful I would consider small in my experience. Sour Crack, 24 Carat, Blue Cush, Toof Decay, Sour Crinkle, and White Crack are small/medium plants. Most of the other strains get taller and would outgrow your space rather easily if you even do somewhat decent. It is not worth jamming plants that are intended to be large in a small spot IMO. But wish you the best of luck. Obviously you have a security issue, but would it be possible in the future to but a small tent and upgrade? You will enjoy growing much more without major restrictions on height and size of plants. But safety first and in my case...Happy Wife, Happy Life. Peace, slow

How many times have you done this strain? I have only done 1 seed. It grew taller than yours, more of a Sour Stomper shape vs super bushy. Your buds look different as well, how is the smell? Mine Having the Sour Stomper height, also had long Super Frosty buds. Filled in more that Sour Stomper does. Obviously a couple different Phenos. I started 2 more just now, they were planted 30 min ago in 5oz cups of Coco and will be transplanted to larger pots in 7-10 days.


I really liked the results of my first time with Forum Stomper and I used my small pots. This time they are my entries to the GOTY Part 2 leg. I believe one of the could be a contender, if I give them room to grow and use bigger pots...They could be on the Large side. And I know the quality is excellent. I look forward to to trying them in larger pots, but expect ba longer total growth time as a result. The veg time will be longer l, as I anticipate larger than average sized plants. Many times large pots of Coco extends my total growth time.

I will also be using an Airdome in each, as I believe the 4 gal pots would benefit from Air injection and I will also have them on Automated feeding from The Top...not Autopots. I prefer top feeding vs bottom.. except seedlings and clones for the 1st week to promote downward root Growth. Peace slow.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I'm not sure I knew what I was truly in for tbh. It's a 4 liter pot of 70/30 coco/perlite. I had to run it, The frost blinded me lol. Hopefully she doesnt stretch too much or I am definitely fucked. By the way a Lovely looking plant there too brother. I'd be super proud of that looks really beautiful.

This is my second run with FS. My first one was taller than my current (a pic of 1st under Mephisto Strain Review) bit I also learned off the first and utilized topping and LSTing heavily to control height. This one is more stockier and the other one had to have branches supported. Both have branches everywhere. Me personally, definitely use the extra 2 weeks as she can take a while to finish, including if ya top and LST. I wish u Luck on the second legs of comps. I will be rooting peeps on and cheering from the sidelines, and @slowandeasy i will see ya in Sept. in Mephisto final leg. (Congrats GrowBro).

Lol coco makes it even cooler. Get a hydroponic grow in such a small place. I do agree with @slowandeasy. Smaller strains will be much easier in a small space. Don’t get me wrong, peeps have surprised me and pulled stuff out of hats I never seen coming, like micro-growing. One day I am going to attempt micro grows, for the fun of it. And if ya succeed or fail (which I do wish ya best of luck), you will at least learn 1 thing. Either she will fit and finish, or out Grow the spot massively. Mephisto strains (I think would work in small spots). Sour Crinkle, 4AM, Gold Glue, 24K, and Sour Crack.
