Hello.
Around 2007 i quit smoking hashish (and/or weed) definitively (i used to smoke tobacco too but that's an even older story). Cauphing had made consumption most unappealing, in fact it ruined the whole experience so much i just prefered to stop - which wasn't really difficult considering that it felt like i was throwing money through the window anyway.
Near the end of the 2010 summer i was looking for a gift idea so i started searching the web for "e-cigs", for someone who was still smoking tobacco. This made me discover the concept of cannabis vaporization a few weeks later...
My shoping lasted 3 months or so, trying to decide which vaporizer to buy!
A parcel from HerbalAire eventually arrived at my door in February, a few days before my actual vaporist "initiation" day: 14 grams in 10 days, including numerous "couch-lock" occurances actually, followed by a "T-Break" at the very end...
This occured while i was planning to move from Quebec city to a remote town called Shawinigan. As a foreingner with no "contacts" it seemed necessary for me to become a "self-cultivator". 3 additional months passed before i was ready to grow my own weed ("autofems", 3 of them, namely the Sativa-dominant AutoMaria II variety sold by Paradise Seeds), using nothing else but soil, water and sunlight behind a window! Well, with help from a 4' x 4' reflective pannel, that is...
Each seed was "started" 2 weeks from each other, this means i really became self-sufficient around mid-September. But i got my very last "reclaim" from it yesterday...
It wasn't obvious i'd succeed when i germinated my 1st AM2 seed (on July 1st), i'm even less confident about my new sets of AM2 pairs (4 plants overall, 2 more being scheduled for November 10): this time i feel 2 plants every 20 days (or 1 plant every 10 days) will be tight due to the reduced daylight period. Fingers crossed.
In any case, i now feel as i've reborn since i thought i'd never enjoy THC consumption again, that's why i wish to explore even further by trying other seed varieties - more dwarf autofems, still behind my window if that's possible at all...
My HerbalAire turns out to work like the "total extractor" i hoped it would be, this means each harvest lasts about twice as long as what smoking will allow. without it i'd have no chances to succeed.
