UK my friend..sloping the ducting helps but I also made little holes in the external ducting at the points where the moisture collected..really this is a "work around" .
If you have some very basic building skills and a drill with a screwdriver attachment you could have a fully insulated grow room in a week..there will be the condensation problem but this is easily solved by getting the ducting to slope down..
The other thing to consider is that in winter it will cost to heat that grow tent and this coupled with the costs of light extraction etc is going to make your overall costs per oz more expensive..
