Grow Mediums Garden tray and the autovalve

Anyone tried a garden tray with an autovalve? I looking at their 4x4 garden tray with an easy2go kit. The kit is primarily an autovalve, a cover for it, and a spirit level.

I’m thinking of putting one in my greenhouse and dropping 4 or 5 autos in one gallon fabric pots into the tray. Any ideas or reasons this won’t work?

Sort of. Did a alternative to the tray.

Installed the left side last year. And did the right side 14 days ago.
Working really nice. No canna just veggies.
It's connected to the rain barrel. Gonna add a 10l bucket with float valve between the aquavalve and the rain barrel, for easy nutrition mixing.
Just poor nutes in the 10l bucket and let the plants do there thing..

So about a 2gall. -+ Should work.

That does look sweet. I’m just going with the 4x4 for now and if that works out I’ll get another next season. We have a terrible groundhog and bunny problem here so will be putting it on a table in the greenhouse until the plants are smelly enough not to be bothered by them.

Thanks for the encouragement. It’s a start, a small start but I’m giving it a go... Easy2GO that is.

Great idea ,, again have been toying with this idea as you can buy just the valves that go in auto pots ,,,,

Looking good. I think you are better of with the small trays you are using.
those 4x4 are way to big if only growing 4 small pots.

The trays i made is for 6 X12 L (4gal ish ) pots pr. side..
Keep it up.
