I would think they just allow for a little better spread. Efficiency of the diodes will still be the most important thing.

Yeah remodel is done the wife is happy the kitchen looks good.
I'd say the only real advantage would be in a tent for better ventilation if you have heat issues.
Yes, that's right, i was layed off. And that's ok, I was only planning to stay with it another 6 months or so anyway.

I have a 3x3 and a 4x4. Currently a 600Rspec in 4x4, 2x 100Rspec and 2x Autocobs in 3x3.
I see alot of HLG 300L's on marketplace.. alot. Like everybody is looking to get rid of them for some reason. I had wanted a 350Rspec for the 3x3.
I see the new bar light by HLG and wonder if that would be a good fit in 4x4, and dial down the 600 for 3x3.

The 4x4 does get warm.. can hit 86 or 88 with AC running. I typically turn down the exhaust and open the front of tent overnight. Gotta remember to be there in am to zip it back up.

No the seed thing fizzled and I'll leave it at that.
Day 59 for the 4x4, and I happened to remember I'm getting close to my expected harvest. So before lights on I scoped, the G-unit is over ripe.. tons of amber and coming down tomorrow.
The GG#4 is looking 100% cloudy and one or two stray Amber's. They'll be watched and potentially come down very soon.
Took me a few days to pick seeds from the buds on the Chem 91 and Cap Junky x Chem 91. I got most. Neighbors will pick the rest and return the mature.
Here's the Glue from a few days ago, better pics tomorrow during lights off.

The GG#4 is looking 100% cloudy and one or two stray Amber's. They'll be watched and potentially come down very soon.
Took me a few days to pick seeds from the buds on the Chem 91 and Cap Junky x Chem 91. I got most. Neighbors will pick the rest and return the mature.

3x3 last night, I may need to bend a few of the tallest colas. The Cap Junky outstretched the 91, I think I'll have a nice canopy.. and hopefully a lb plus.
I just hit one of the 91 with male pollen from a Guerilla Fume. I don't need alot but in the event I want to hunt or have to replace I'll be covered with s1 and reg photo beans of the SkunkVA cut.
I looked at the Gunit again with 600Rspec off and see alot less amber. But I did take one on Friday. Waiting for more amber throughout this week and will then take the remaining plants.
I'm really impressed by these lil HLG 100Rspec's.. they put out the bud. And you can bring them in close. But I think I might have my hear set on HLG's new bar style light. We shall see..
I'm doing much better dealing with the ph swings in the autopot reservoirs. I know what to expect now. I found a monitor on Amazon that continually shows ph, temp and ec.. about $50. I may try one out. Much cheaper than Bluelab.. who hasn't impressed me in the past.

Peaked in tents and found a flooded 4x4. I had a Dr appt I couldn't miss so I came home after to clean up.
My son shop vac'd it out for me while gone, I got in and wiped up with a few old towels. Pointed fans to floor.
Cut down the second G-unit and one of the GG#4. One glue remains. Trimming fans now and I'll let them hang two days then trim and brown bag to fridge. Then I'll take the last plant.
I'm wondering if I sprung a leak, or if an aquavalve failed. These were cleaned at beginning of run. I think I'll find that the MegaCrop clogged a valve..
It sure felt like a Monday morning.. on tuesday.
