Lots of seeds failed / yeh? its not fun.
So I decided to do my way. Autos dont like transplant - but if the root can carry on whats the problem? should not be an issue.
So get a pastic cup (yep those throwaway cups) and cut out the base. Fill with dampened soil of choice (mine was Biobizz light) and pant seed. Place cup in a normal plant pot that fits snugly so any tap root isn't trapped. Place in a propagator ( with a humidity and temp to check). Put in full humidity and top surface spray each day. 5 days later = full sprout - ha ha ha :dance2:zz al thro

OK SO HAng Up;

Biobizz all through
own home made room with simple fan and extraction
dual cf 400w
MPS 400w
large grow room (hand made)
high dedication to temp and humidity

and a complete sense of i dont give a **** as long as my ladies are fit :peace:

So i planted them in above way.

5 super hash
1 white widow
1 northern Lights
1 pakistan ryder
1 think different

:peace:

No expert here! But when my BDM girl stretched I built up the soil around the stem. Kinda like planting her deeper without transplanting. She liked it and is doing well now.

Be interesting. these stalks are so thin. Its a question of leaving them and treating them as normal seedlings (which is what id like to do) or filling up as u say with soil .....

Glad you found a way that works for you hun:dance: I would also top dress with a little extra soil but only about half way and lower your light a little bit to make the node spacing smaller.. Also make sure you have some air blowing around them to give them a little movement but not gail force winds lool It will hep to strengthen them and also stimulates root growth. :tiphat:

Yep, what DC said. I always backfill mine when I get more stretch than I wanted. They will grow roots off the stem where you added more soil to!

awesome. ive up filled twice now as the soil sinks each time with watering. they are all looking good. :pighug:

move your lights down more like DC said that should help a lot with it
