Currently the best portable dab vaporizer has to be the "Dabbie"

The Grasshopper is also an excellent dry herb Vaporizer.Top quality, replaceable batteries, great vapor quality, rugged cost about £199 for stainless steel or £250 for the Titanium version.

I have a DR.Dabber lite, it is nice but it is not a true vaporizer. It uses a coil and wick system which mean it is effectively a combustion unit.

My Desk top vaporizer is the "Vape Xhale - Cloud EVo" it is around £280 and that's before you've bought a water tool. It is a convection vape which is superior to conduction vapes. It is awesome!

Cheap to reasonable vapes to get are the Titan II and the Flowermate V5 series inexpensive reasonable vapor but don't have replaceable batteries. However the Titan II can be recharged out and about with a power bank as it has an android usb connection.

There are so many vapes out there it hard to know what to advise, is it mostly for home use, how much do you wan't to spend??

Why not check out VapeFiend or Namaste Vapes and watch some of these vendors videos. I have used both companies and had a great customer experience and have chatted to the top guys in each company.

Honestly there are so many vapes out there it is hard to know what to advise and know what each individuals needs and affordability is.

Finally why not check out the vapor chamber here in the forums - https://www.autoflower.org/forums/the-vapor-chamber.162/

Well Arty Zan, you sold me on the Hebe Titan II. Though I'd love to be able to get one of the more expensive vaporizers, it's just not in my budget right now. New lights for the grow room come first.

And just a heads up for the rest of you who need a decent and inexpensive vaporizer -- I found the Hebe Titan II (in a factory sealed Hebe box) for just 19.99 on Ebay which beats the heck out of the prices the smoke shops charge for the same thing.

Congrats man

I really liked my Titan II, for the money it is a great buy.

It died after 18+ months continual use which for a £20 unit is fine by me.

The Titan II, is a great entry level vape, once you have bought your first vape you'll probably find you start watching video review of other vapes and start having a wish list, think I have bought about seven to date.

Batty life isn't the longest but you'll get 4 sessions out of it before a recharge, I don't vape all day so this is cool.

If your gonna be out and about get a power bank/generic lithium ion battery and you can charging it anywhere.

The bigger the mah (Milli Amp Hours) you get the more it can recharge your unit.

When I got mine it showed temp in F but I found a way online how to change it to C.

To change from F to C press the power button and right ( -) button together during few seconds.

From °C to °F press the power button and left( +) button

Have fun and enjoy your vaping, I know I do!

Peace

Arty

I had to report you for amazing answer and hope they hook you up with some rep points. Thanks a million

My first vape was a titan II. Good unit for the money. and half of the portables in the $59-$99 are re-branded Titan1 or Titan II. IMO the best dry herb portable is the DaVinci Ascent that goes for around $160. I find only the $399 Mighty to be a match for it.

They are expensive! Are they reallh worth the price, compared to a classical joint?
I had a vaporizer made from pyrex glas, to be heated by flame. I was not happy with it. Wasted a lot of good stuff.

Since owning vaporizers, I smoke one or two joints a week, just because...... but the strength of the hit and weed conservation alone make them worth it. also, vapor is easier on your lungs. The number one reason though is taste! You've NEVER tasted weed for real till you've vaped. That alone sold me! So, expensive? yeah, some are. You can get very good ones though in the $99-$199 price range. The Titan II can be found for as little as $20 on ebay, and is a decent starter vape.

And its stealthier than a joint to carry around with you. I vaped my Davinci Ascent last weekend with a group of people vaping ejuice and they never noticed!
