This is my 1st attempt to Super Crop an autoflower cannabis plant(s).
The Grape Crinkles are growing at a very fast rate. They are 6" to 7" tall now and they are just into their 2nd week.
I did over bend two of the girls. Simply put some 1st aid tape on them and that was it.
Let's see how they react.

Pics today just before the lights come on. Stay Tuned.

Although bending is helpful when you super crop I think you get a very similar effect just by pinching and bruising ... I seldom bend more than a few degrees ... I like to start early like your girls are ... I think you'll find you'll like the results ...

Over bent two of the Grape Crimkle. Put some 1st Aid tape on the wounds should help heal the stems.
The girls are on DAY 17.

Are you vegging under hps?it looks like yellow light If so I think you solved my problem on how to get better stretch my mh bulb seems to keep them really short.I hope yours goes better then mine did I have not tried it on any of my mephistos for the fact the first ones I ran everything I did to them increased their finish times 70 day plants ran 85-90 days from slowing down due to topping and cropping hopefully mephistos bounce back faster!I don't believe it hurt the yeild any.

HORTILUX HPS lamps are designed with enough violet, blue, and green spectrum to be used as a standalone light source throughout all phases of plant production making them a true multitasker for your HPS system.

This is the 1st time I've been using HPS from start to finish. The MH lamps will keep the girls short and bushy. Then switch to HPS in FLOWER. Since the grow is an autoflower strains, they FLOWER with a "VEG" cycle. The Grape Crinkle will start to show flowering within the 3rd-4th week. Keep them under HPS the whole time kinda makes sense.

We've grown under hps start to finish for an age now, partly due to laziness having to swap out bulbs, and partly as I never saw a big enough difference to warrant doing so..

Had some time to straighten up the grow armoire.

Man that reminds me of my first grow box. I miss it so much for sentimental reasons. Mine looked almost identical to yours. Your plants look really good too. Nice setup.
