Only thing I would add, is if you're starting in rockwool, cut the cube into about a quarter of the size. Really I'd rather use rapid rooters, but if you're using rockwool don't use the while cube. The stuff will stay wet forever and sow the seeds of root rot.

The general hydroponics flora duo that is being used is it the flora gro and flora micro like the lucas method? or is the flora bloom being used instead of one of the others .
