It is super crucial if you’re using RO water to add that in it turns out

As DOA mentioned some time ago, one of the advantages of General Hydroponics Flora Nova Grow -- calcium and magnesium are included.
You all might be aware ... you still need to keep your pH around 6.0 to ensure both of those nutrients can be easily absorbed. Speaking of pH, my ~$100 Apera pH pen suddenly went off scale, by over 0.5 pH. Only reason I became aware was because I double-checked with pH droplets. It's a battle.

Also, Advanced Nutrients' pH Perfect base nutes, made to be used with RO/low ppm water, surely have sufficient Ca/Mg. I use the grow and bloom Connoisseur versions and at worst add some epsom salts once or twice in bloom, essentially never add calcium. And the pH Perfect base nutes don't need to be pH tested or adjusted (using low ppm water and avoiding high salt/ppm supplements).

Gas, here is my ad-hoc stack, 2 4x4s, because my 6" block delivery was late. This is at 14 days, just bent her top over this morning. You can see the roots have already dug into the 6" block.

As you recommended earlier, I've meanwhile already followed your advice and ordered a dehumidifier during prime days on Amazon. So I hope this will fix the issue. The next run will be even more killer now.

Really no rhyme or reason, except seedlings don’t need much until they develop a decent root system. It’s fine to start earlier.

Your feed strength is close to what I run. I start out at 350 and bump it up to 650ppm by day 10.

Yes, bro! I run the FloraNova Grow until after stretch to guarantee no deficiencies going into flower and through the heavy growth period.
My Blue Lab pens seem to hold calibration but I do periodically check with a 7.0 calibration solution.
The bottle lasts forever.

IMHO… Advanced Nutrients is a bit pricy and definitely not PH perfect. Too many variables to consider it “PH perfect”. The condition of your water and what you mix in with it are the main ones. I heard a lot of good things about the line a few years ago and gave them a try but couldn’t get their A&B to 6.0 without using PH Up or Down no matter if I ran R/O or my 185ppm tap water. Additives would also throw it off.

So you’re suggesting for me to run my feed with my PH out of whack? No way!
The PH was always off right out of the bottle, before adding any PH up or down.
I’ve done a lot of testing with that line and it’s far from PH perfect. I think I have some left over that I’ll mix up and post pics of the inconsistencies.

Drip Hydro is cheaper for me to use if I buy it in 5 gallon containers or run their powdered line. Also easier to mix.
