Yes he wanted me to wait another week before contacting him again.
If there is still no package delivered at the end of this week Im gonna contact him again for a second delivery attempt.
Although Im starting to get a bit paranoid and might opt out and go for a refund instead, if he is cool with that. There are some national seedbanks that would be safer for me as I would avoid customs completely,only downside is that they come with a heftier price tag.

I've had really good luck with the single seed centre if things don't get straightened out. Just another option.

two ms0006 units for a 1.2 x 1.2 grow tent but answer to your question is to ask them on live support there a good set of guys ask them for a deal if you are after two or more the more lights you buy the cheaper the lights get
