Well guys , I am really enjoying this grow . I am at day 27 and it has been stress free so far , every time I open the door it's like nothing to do put look at them . Last watering was worm casting tea with sea weed and alfalfa enzyme tea and the soil is holding moisture very well without being water logged , I do a big water on Sundays and a top up 4 days later , that is when I add the enzyme tea around 1/2 to 1 ltr each . The next watering [ the big one ] I have made up a bag of worm castings from my worm bin and so from the wild worm farm , also some compost , seaweed , small amount of home made fish hydrolysate and some flower enzyme tea . alfalfa and barley enzyme tea which I will add late in the brewing . I am now seeing the start of the stretch so I am giving them a bit extra stuff . I have no idea if it is the right thing to do , but I feel it should be ok , Time will tell . And my wild worm farm is doing bloody great .

I would just like to say something to the new blokes to this type of growing --- I believe it is all in the soil , the more time you spend making the soil the better off you are , I have not used any bottled nutrients and ----- The best bit ----- I have not had to Ph the water at all .I used to hate doing that , always buggered it up and would have to start again . So on to stage 2 , I hope it goes as good as stage 1 .

I read through the post and after Google was used I found that the curly grubs is the same bastards we have here in our soil. We call it cutworm and they destroyed 2 plants of mine few seasons back.

Whenever I found them I threw them in jars and gave them to the chickens. I will not be doing that now and will try and keep them for those droppings.

I love this forum more and more with all the info I am getting here.

G'Day guys , I thought I would show how my outside girl is going , Same age as the others and is 23 inches tall , with the same feeds and soil as the indoor ones ,I am very happy with the way it is growing considering it only gets about 6 hours full sun , not the best time of year for me here as the sun is behind the trees most of the day , but I will try again end of July . That is when I have a making sun . The photo with the water bottle is something I have been doing for there mid week water . super aerated water [ 24 hours ] , with Lactobacillus - coconut water - and a bit of molasses , which I add 3 to 4 hours before I water . And thanks for the rep @sanguine

oK , Here is day 34 and still no problems and I have still not Ph'ed the water . and soil Ph is around 6.4 . The reason they are out is because it is Thursday and I give them a top up . Water - Lactos - small amount of molasses - and super aerated water - Sunday they will get a brew of worm and curly grub tea a small amount of home made fish hydrolysate - Sea weed - and some home made flower enzyme tea [ Banana flower ] - molasses - and this time a tablespoon of Indonesian guano -- Phos 11.6 - Cal 29 - Sil 10 -- With this I use a coffee grinder to turn it into a powder . This will be a 15 ltr batch before I break it down .
- Now the bad news - One of my lights shit it's self . So I have lost about 30 % of my light , I have been saving for a set of Cob lights so I am not going to worry about it , I will have to just deal with it , --- Such is life -- One good thing I can have some outside , I should have some seeds floating around here some where . I hope .

.... All the FB ladies are the picture of health -- damn fine work Hec, and the dividends are starting to come in! I really looking forward to seeing the MA's bud up,... I grew Acapulco Gold last year, and it's one of the best Sativas I had! I see nothing but rave reviews of MA, and her buzz seems to be much the same-- energetic, euphoric, trippy-happy,... you'll be communing with the worms directly mate! ... all have great structure, branching,...stretching should make proper booshes of them .... have some cheeky love brudda!

Seeing your plants growing the way they do just gives me more reason to try doing my own veg and bloom teas. We are in winter now and no need at this current moment. I'll start up soon as the season starts changing again.

That L.S.D is looking super. Grew one out 3 seasons back and the results was amazing.

Had a great weekend in the yard , I have another patch of soil going , around 200 ltr , This soil is a bit of a experiment , I got some shitty organic soil from the local supermarket $ 6.00 a bag . I added cow and sheep manure - Indo bat guano - crushed egg shell - lime - seaweed flakes - Lacto - worm tea - compost - compost tea - molasses - I will let this sit for a month or 2 and will feed with microbes along the way . All my soil I build sits on top of the ground so local microbes can come and play too . Also it is covered at all times . After a month I will check the ph and add any thing I my have forgot . If the ph is within range I will start adding worms [ Lots ] Now in around 6 weeks things are warming up here in the tropics and that is when we see the microbes really come to party . You will notice there is no worm castings in the mix , I believe I don't need to add them because after I add worms they will do there job , and my wild worm traps are working great so there is no shortage of worms . I forgot to mention , after I am done adding inputs , I do not disturb the soil at all . This soil will be at least 6 months old before I will use it . Which I feel gives time for every thing to come into balance . I have a feeling as long as you keep a eye on the moisture and do not water to leching it is like a good wine , only gets better .
