.... another fun cool shaped species, Macroclinium,... fan-like leaf presentation,... mine is unconfirmed species; flowers look very much like the pic,... It's recovering super well after the mount went sour on it, best it's ever been,.. loves the tree fern plaque, and the teak back piece will never go foul!
.... She's bloomed before, and when this round of newer growth matures, it'll be a real show!
... glassy flowers, crazy structure elements; likely one of the "lock and key" insect-flower pollinating deals... see how far out the column juts!

....Den. speciosums are getting beat up by lousy weather, flowers are hating it,... if I can snap some decent shot's tomorrow, I'll post,... meantime, the Laelias! You've seen them before , but always a treat for the eyes....
mmm-hmmm,.....ahhhhh yeahhh...
.... You're probably more right than we know! I'm preeeetty sure she was inspired by either the Laelia or Cattleya genera, the shapes are so close,... *snicker snort*,...
porn is porn, don't we know it!
Thank you my friend, I appreciate your appreciation-
..... My guy is an old man now, nearly 30!...got him in '89
I find him in the same room usually,.... I had a Mexican Black Kingsnake (looked like a Black Mamba!) that was a live wire, Houdini incarnate as well! He made to the damn garage once! Wish I has pics, he was patent leather black with opalescent sheen all over like a Rainbow Boa,.. gorgeous!
