Maybe a micro nute like zinc or iron. Just guessing but I had a iron deficiency and it looked a lot like that.

What's your ph? What nutrients are you using? Looks like a magnesium deficiency but sorta hard to tell. Can you take a pic of the entire plant with out the grow lights?
