New Grower Help me identify my problem?

I've finally decided to have a go at a proper indoor grow. In the past i've done some somewhat successful outdoor grows with little problem. My new grow is experiencing what i believe is nute burn but i'm not sure.


Soil is a potting mix called Garden Galore Vegetable and Herb Mix. Says its high in nitrogen with slow release.

I'm thinking i made the wrong choice on medium but would like some advice?

yeah, you dont want slow release anything mate!! It would help with a bit more info about your setup, light, nutes, temps, PH, strain you are growin, etc.

Also, if you are going to use that medium, I would add a bunch of perlite, dolomite lime, and water the crap out of it for a week before dropping a seed in it. I am not familiar with that medium, but it sound like miracle grow medium. Time release= release when its not time!!!!!

Setup is
Lighting: UFO 180w LED
Temp: 18 - 21c
Nutes: None atm which is why i think i broke it
PH: Meter read 6.5 - 6.8 (soil meter, not 100% accurate)
Strain: Don't know, starting with left over seeds. Where i am strains are almost rare, your lucky to get anything.
