5 days in please give feedback 7.0 ph water going in and checked runoff is red on my liquid meter so thats around 4.0 what do i do

Hey jb, at this point there's no need to soak a 5 gallon pot to runoff when you water. You just need to keep it moist around the seedling and let the roots go looking for water down below. And a 5 gallon smart pot can stay wet for a long time when there isn't a root system drawing up moisture. As for the pH, ideally you should do some test watering on your pots before you germinate so you can make sure you're in range. I'd look into getting some dolomite lime that you can add to the soil to raise the pH. The seedlings look fine and the pH isn't a huge issue right now since they're not drawing a lot of nutrients from the soil yet. Buckle up and enjoy the ride, bud! :smoke:

Hey mate, I reckon you should let your pots dry out, over watering can be a killer(can/will cause stress your youngsters(weakens stems and encourages dieases, dampening off etc)."My 2 cents" :Sharing One:
