Indoor houe flies, bluebottles aghhh

I saw a couple of flies in my grow corner the other day now there are loads! obviously i can,t use spray, gonna get some flypaper tomorrow.
Anybody got any tips, they fly around and settle for a while but i am not quivk enough to wackem. help

The sticky strips or fly paper should help.
